How to rent energy by address (TronLink · TokenPocket)

Guide

No sign-up, no wallet connection. Just send TRX to the address and energy arrives.

Before you start

• Send the TRX from the same wallet you'll send USDT from. Energy goes to the address that paid.
• Don't pay straight from an exchange withdrawal — the energy would go to the exchange. Always use your own wallet.
• Keep the rental fee (2.4 or 4.8 TRX) plus about 1 spare TRX in the wallet.

TronLink

1. Copy the address on the home page.
2. In TronLink, tap TRX, then “Send”.
3. Paste the address, enter 2.4 (or 4.8) and send.
4. Within a minute, check that your energy went up, then send your USDT.

TokenPocket

1. Open your TRON wallet and tap TRX.
2. Tap “Transfer”, paste the address and enter the amount.
3. After sending, check energy on the assets screen and send your USDT.

Not sure the energy arrived?

Paste your address into “My wallet” on the Tools page to see your available energy. Energy stays usable for 1 hour after it arrives.
